GRAND PRIZE: One (1) of the three (3) Finalists will win the Grand Prize (subject to completing and returning the Form as defined in Rule 9 below) consisting of a vacation to anywhere in the world for up to $20,000 CDN including taxes. The Winner will work directly with the Sponsor’s agent in booking his/her desired trip. The trip must be completed by December 20th, 2011. Reservations will be accepted based on space available at the time of booking. Some black out dates may apply. While best attempts will be made by the Sponsor agent to accommodate the winner’s first choice, the Sponsor cannot guarantee dates requested, accommodation requested or city/country requested. An example of a trip of your dreams is: return economy airfare tickets for four (4) departing from the Canadian airport closest to the winner’s residence and arriving at Charles de Gaulle, Paris, France Airport, return ground transportation for four (4) people from the airport in France to the hotel, seven (7) nights’ accommodation at a moderate hotel in a Junior Suite, based on quadruple occupancy (accommodations will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) and $2,000 CDN spending money. Approximate retail value of the example trip is $20,000 CDN based on a Toronto departure. The winner can choose any trip up to $20,000 including taxes. The winner and his/her travel guest(s) must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner and his/her travel guest(s) must have the right to enter the chosen country. The winner and his/her travel guest(s) must be legal Canadian residents to qualify for the Prize. In addition the winner will be asked to provide Sponsor with a minimum of twelve (12) pictures of the winner and his/her travel guest together with a brief description of their holiday within thirty days of their return date ("Vacation Photos").
d. SECONDARY PRIZES: There will be two (2) Secondary Prizes available to be received by the two remaining Finalists and each Prize will consist of $1,000 cash. The $1,000 will be issued in the form of a cheque payable in the winner’s name as it appears on his/her entry form. Prizes will be mailed to each winner within thirty (30) days of December 31, 2010. The Sponsor does not make any representations or warranty regarding the Prize. The Prize may differ from the one shown on the advertising material.
