The Signature Vacation, Intel WiDi Package, Alienware M11x, and Dell Inspiron Game Pieces will be time stamped and awarded to the first person correctly answering the Question (see Rule 7 below) on or immediately after a predetermined time, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion, during the Question Period (defined below). It is only possible for registered entrants to earn one (1) of each type of Game Piece (i.e. you cannot earn duplicate Game Pieces). If you earn a duplicate Game Piece, then you will be asked to select one of the following two options:







§ Request that your duplicate Game Piece be discarded; or







§ Forward your duplicate Game Piece to a friend by either:







o Email: follow the on-screen instructions to email the duplicate Game Piece to your friend; or







o Posting on Facebook: To post a duplicate Game Piece to Facebook, you must be logged into Facebook or have registered using Facebook connect. Click the “Facebook” button on the share window. This will post a picture of the duplicate Game Piece to your Facebook wall. The first registered entrant to click on the picture of the duplicate Game Piece on your wall will claim your duplicate Game Piece. If entrant already has this game piece, a message will appear informing them of their ineligibility to collect this piece



7. INSTANT WIN PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION

7.1 If you provide the correct answer to a Question within the associated hour during the Question Period, then you may be deemed to be an eligible “Instant Prize Winner”. Instant win prizes will be time stamped and awarded to the first person correctly answering the Question (see Rule 8 subsection 8.6 below) on or immediately after a predetermined time, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion, during the Question Period. If you are deemed to be an eligible Instant Prize Winner, then you will instantly be presented with: (i) a page showing the prize you are eligible to win; (ii) a confirmation code; and (iii) a link to download the release from and the phone number for Contest support. Before being declared an Instant Prize Winner, you must meet the requirements outlined in Rule 9 below.



8. PRIZE

8.1 Grand Prizes: There are a total of five (5) grand prizes available to be won. They are as follows:



· Grand Prize 1: A trip for 2 to the Great Parnassus Resort & Spa, in Cancun, Mexico. Approx. retail value $1,700.00 Cdn. (See Section 8.2 below);

· Grand Prize 4: Alienware M11x Laptop Approx. retail value $1,000.00 Cdn. (See Section 8.4 below);



· Grand Prize 5: Dell Inspiron 15R Laptop Approx. retail value $870.00 Cdn. (See Section 8.5 below);

8.2 Grand Prize 1 & 2: 4 Star All Inclusive Great Parnassus Resort and Spa - (The “Signature Vacation”)

An all-inclusive trip for 2 (Winner & Winner’s Guest) to the Great Parnassus Resort in Cancun, Mexico. The Signature Vacation includes: return economy airfare for two to Cancun, Mexico from a major Canadian international airport (the “Airport”) nearest to the Winner’s residences; Roundtrip transfers between the destination airport and hotel; One week (7–night stay) in a Junior Suite at the Great Parnassus Resort, in double occupancy. The stay includes: Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, à la carte dining in a selection of restaurants, 24-hour snacks and unlimited selected international drinks, daily activities program, nightly entertainment and much more. Approximate retail value before any applicable taxes is One Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars Canadian ($1,700.00 CDN).







Travel must be completed by October 31st, 2011. The vacation package is based on selected travel periods and is subject to availability at time of booking. Booking must be made with the designed Signature Vacations representative at least (30) days prior to departure. If the Winner and the Winner’s Guest reside in a city that requires transportation to the Airport, then such costs associated to the transportation are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s Guest. The Winner and the Winner’s guest must have the same departure and return dates on the flight tickets. Terms and conditions of the Signature Vacations’ current brochures are applicable. The Winner and Winner’s Guest must respect the validity period of the prize and shall accept any alternatives presented by Signature Vacations, where provided. No extensions will be permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash, in whole or in part.







All expenses not expressly included in the above prize description including without limitation, transportation (other than as detailed above) overnight layovers, if any, meals, room service, taxes including destination and airport taxes as well as fuel surcharge, gratuities, accident insurance, travel insurance, health/medical insurance, excess baggage costs, personal expenses, in-room movies, taxis, parking and other incidental costs are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s Guest. All medical and travel documentation that may be required (i.e. visa, passports, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the Winner and the Winner’s guest and must be obtained prior to departure. Signature Vacations reserve the right to offer a comparable product in the event of a program cancellation, Act of God or other unforeseen circumstances. The Contest Sponsors make no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to safety, or performance of the prize.

9. AWARDING OF PRIZE(s)

9.1 To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must, in addition to meeting the Contest eligibility criteria and otherwise complying with the official Contest rules, first (the “Winner”):



a) Be reached by telephone by the Sponsor or its representatives within five (5) days immediately following the selection of the entry;



b) Have correctly answered an unaided mathematical skill-testing question on the Sponsor’s Declaration and Release Form;



c) Sign the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release which must include a witnesses signature (a witness is a person of your choice who must be 18 years of age or older) by completing all required Schedules and return it to the Sponsor or its representatives at the address indicated on the Declaration and Release Form within five (5) days following its delivery by the Sponsor or its representatives.
