Ends 11:59:59 p.m. EST on June 19, 2011
Select one (1) of the available three (3) Adventure Prize Packs and create your “Inspiration Page”; (iii) select a Background from one of the available pre-selected Photos or upload your own Photo (in accordance with the Video/Photo/Story Requirements below); (iv) create a Headline for your page or choose from one of the available pre-populated options; (v) share your inspirational story by completing a written submission (the “Story”), in 500 characters or less, as to what inspires/motivates you to be active; and (vi) upload your optional Photo(s) or optional Video depicting your motivation for being active; (collectively the “Inspirational Page”). If uploading a photo or video, entrants must certify that (i) the photo or video they uploaded was taken by them or used with permission, (ii) they have obtained all necessary rights and permissions required, (iii) the photo does not show any trademarked, copyrighted, or inappropriate, obscene or otherwise offensive images or language. Once you have completed your Inspirational Page, you will be directed to: (i) complete and submit the official online entry form (which requires your first name, last name, email address, province, telephone number and that you become a Fan of Kellogg’s* Vector*); (ii) confirm that you have read and agree to the Contest Rules; and (iii) click “Submit” to receive one (1) entry into the Grand Prize selection process (paragraph 11) (Inspiration Page and entry form collectively referred to as “Inspirational Entry/Entries”). Unlimited entry per person/email address permitted during the Contest Period. Inspirational Entries will be rejected if: (a) entry form is not fully completed (including all three (3) mandatory components of your Inspirational Page) and submitted during the Contest Period; or (b) if any Video/Photo(s)/Story does not conform to the specific requirements listed below. Without limitation, Kellogg Canada Inc. (the “Sponsor”), its advertising and promotion agencies and the independent judging organization are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Inspirational Entries.
PRIZES AND ODDS OF WINNING:
6.There are five (5) Top 5 Finalist Prizes (the “Finalist Prize(s)”) available to be won at the onset of this Contest.
Each Finalist Prize consists of one (1) Vector* Prize Package including: Ten (10) boxes of Vector* Meal Replacement (400g); one (1) Vector* water bottle; one (1) Vector* t-shirt and one (1) Vector* nylon bag.
Approximate retail value of each Finalist Prize is [$80.00 CDN]. Approximate odds of winning a Finalist Prize depend on the total number of eligible Inspirational Entries received by the Contest Closing Time. Finalist Prize(s) must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash (no substitutions except at Sponsor’s option).
7.There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won at the outset of this Contest.
8.Grand Prize consists of: the winner’s choice of one (1) of three (3) available Adventure Prize Packs (as outlined below and chosen by the winner at the time of entry – see rule 3 Inspirational Prize Entry).
Option #1 - Canadian Rockies Biking Tour Adventure Prize Pack. Tour includes:
◦round trip airfare for two (2) from any major Canadian airport to Alberta;
◦ground transfers to and from the airport to the hotel;
◦five (5) nights accommodations for two (2) at a minimum four (4) star hotel;
◦five (5) Breakfasts, five (5) lunches and five (5) dinners (onsite at the hotel) for two (2);
◦Biking, Hiking, Walking, Sightseeing;
◦Spa Package onsite;
◦One (1) Digital Camera (approximate retail value of $300.00 CDN).
Option #2 – Discover Nova Scotia Walking Tour Adventure Prize Pack. Tour includes:
◦round trip airfare for two (2) from any major Canadian airport to Nova Scotia;
◦ground transfers to and from the airport to the hotel;
◦five (5) nights accommodations for two (2) at a minimum three (3) star hotel;
◦five (5) Breakfasts, four (4) lunches and four (4) dinners (onsite at the hotel) for two (2);
◦One hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00 CDN) spending money for additional meals;
◦Hiking, Biking, Sightseeing
◦One (1) Digital Camera (approximate retail value of $300.00 CDN).
Option #3 – Quebec City Tour Adventure Prize Pack. Tour includes:
◦round trip airfare for two (2) from any major Canadian airport to Quebec;
◦ground transfers to and from the airport to the hotel;
◦five (5) nights accommodations for two (2) at a minimum four (4) star hotel;
◦five (5) Breakfasts, five (5) lunches and four (4) dinners (onsite at the hotel) for two (2);
◦One hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00 CDN) spending money for additional meals;
◦Hiking, Kayaking, Boating, Biking and Sightseeing;
◦One (1) Digital Camera (approximate retail value of $300.00 CDN).
Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00 CDN). Actual Prize value may vary depending on winner’s city of departure. Approximate odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible Inspirational Entries received by the Contest Closing Time.
Voting will take place during the Contest Period. On June 22, 2011
