Participants are eligible to win:

One (1) Grand Prize, having an approximate retail value of $8,000 (actual value may vary depending on time of year of departure and originating airport) and consisting of:
•Two (2) roundtrip airline tickets on economy class from a major Canadian gateway operating flights to Bermuda;
•Seven (7) nights accommodation at The Fairmont Southampton in Bermuda for two persons, double occupancy (all taxes and resort fees are included);
•One (1) copy each of Irma Voth by Miriam Toews, Alone in the Classroom by Elizabeth Hay and The Passage by Justin Cronin;

For the trip: Trip is subject to availability and black-out dates or restrictions and is valid for travel between July 30, 2011 to July 31, 2012. Specific black-out dates include: July 8, December 25, December 26, December 31 and January 1. Any associated room levies and taxes are covered with this prize. All other hotel incidental charges and gratuities are not included in this prize and will be at the expense of the recipient, to be paid upon departure. Winner and travel companion are also responsible for ground transportation, transfers, travel insurance, spending money, and other travel charges not specifically mentioned as part of the prize. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining their own travel documents, such as passports and other documents if necessary, in advance of the departure date. The Contest Sponsor is not responsible in the event winner and/or travel companion are refused entry to Bermuda, or re-entry to departing Province, for whatever reason and any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited. Winner and traveling companion must travel together on the same itinerary. All travel arrangements will be made by the Contest Sponsor or its agents or Sponsors. No responsibility is assumed by the Contest Sponsor for any other factor beyond its reasonable control, or for a cancelled, delayed, or re-scheduled program or event, for any reason whatsoever, and any unused portion will be forfeited. In the event the companion is a minor, the companion's parent or legal guardian must sign the release on behalf of the minor. If the adult winner is not the parent or legal guardian of the minor, the parent or legal guardian must provide a signed consent to the minor taking part in the Grand prize.
