All entrants must be residents of Canada and must be age of majority or older in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry into the contest.
The contest starts at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, July 1, 2011 and closes at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2011 (the “Contest Closing Date”). There are thirty one (31) contest periods (the “Contest Period”), each starting at 12:01 a.m. on each day of the month and ending at 11:59 p.m. at the end of each day of the month for the duration of the contest. All times are Eastern Standard Time. No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win.
There are thirty one (31) Prizes in total available to be won, each Prize consisting of a $100 Sears E-Gift Card. One (1) $100 Sears E-Gift Card will be awarded each day for the duration of the Contest. Sears E-Gift Cards are redeemable towards purchases on the Sears Canada website (www.sears.ca.) Any costs that exceed the value of the Prize awarded are the sole responsibility of the winner and are not included in the Prize. Sears E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part, and may not be applied toward previous purchases or used to make Sears Financial™ Card account payments.
A random selection will be held on the day following the end of each Contest Period, for the duration of the contest. One (1) entry from all eligible entries received will be randomly selected at approximately 12:30 a.m. EST at Sears Canada Head Offices in Toronto. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Contest Period. Entries will be included in the contest for the day that they were received and non-winning entries will be carried over subsequent days. Limit one (1) Prize per person for the contest period. All decisions of the contest judges are final.
