 Grand Prize(s): There is a total of one (1) grand prize available to be won and it consists of:

• One (1) $3000 gift certificate from Mountain Equipment Coop. The winner can exchange the gift certificate for any product at Mountain Equipment Coop. The gift certificate is subject to the issuing company’s terms and conditions. The following Adventure Family package is suggested and it includes:

o Two (2) MEC Midtown Bicycles for adults, having an approximate retail value of $650 each;

o Two (2) MEC Dash Bicycles for kids, having an approximate retail value of $290 each;

o Two (2) Bell Explorer 2 Cycling Helmets for adults, having an approximate retail value of $48 each;

o Two (2) Petzl Picchu Helmets for kids, having an approximate retail value of $56 dollars each;

o One (1) Softride Element 4 Bike Rack, having an approximate retail value of $149; and

o One (1) Big Agnes Soda Mountain SL 4 Tent for four (4) people, having an approximate retail value of $600.

The approximate total retail value of the Adventure Family Package is $2837.

• One (1) $1000 donation to a youth sports team of the winner’s choice in the winner’s community. The Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve the choice of the team proposed by the winner.
